1887 The New Cottages article on page 1, column 2 of the august 1, 1887 Assembly herald listed one built by a Mr. Miller since "last summer." The Miller home was in Sherman, NY. The early leases of this Lot have been lost. It has been a vacant lot since about 1900 until 1980.

Note: There is no evidence that any leases were made nor construction begun on this Lot for about a century until 1980.

1980 Two Contracts: The Institution agreed to sell vacant Lot 828 on Scott and vacant Lot 787 on Crescent to Shirley G. Erb (wife of Laurence E. Erb) and she agreed to construct a dwelling on Lot 828 and a guest house on Lot 787 in accordance with the plans that had been approved by the Institution.
