1968 AGREEMENT between Chautauqua Institution and the owners of three Cottages on lands abutting that part of Asbury Avenue which lies between the South line of Whitfield and the North line of Vincent (formerly Hedding) Avenues/ Asbury, south of Whitfield, is no longer open as a public street and for the purposes of this AGREEMENT is divided into PORTIONS ONE and TWO.
PORTION ONE runs from Vincent Avenue northerly to a line formed by extending the line between Lots 17 and 18 straight across the former street/ All of PORTION ONE is owned by Nancy Miller Arnn.
PORTION TWO runs southerly from Whitfield Avenue along the abandoned street until it meets PORTION ONE All of PORTION TWO is owned, as tenants in common, by the owners of 3 Whitfield, 22 Miller Park and 28 Miller Park/ Cost of surface maintenance to be borne equally
PORTION TWO may be used by owners and their guests for foot travel and for parking a maximum of three automobiles, one for each Cottage and in no event shall such parking prevent passage of an automobile along the entire length of PORTION TWO
