Wade assigned his lease for Lot 290 as part of the trade made for a lease of New Lot 225 which the Institution staked out of Old Lot 225, Ramble Avenue and Centennial Park/ Lot 290 became part of the access road at the East end of the Colonnard/ Wade's nearly completed house, built to replace their original cottage, was moved to the New Lot 225 and (is still there in 1990) and known as 1 Morris Avenue
