Property Record of 12 Bliss Avenue - Lot 295 - 1876 Chautauqua Lake Sunday School Assembly was issuing leases for Lots on Bliss Avenue in 1876 ad 1877 but all early ones for this Lot 295 have been lost or misfiled 1887 On page 1 of the Chautauqua Assembly Herald for August 1, 1887 the NEW COTTAGES article listed twenty built in the last ten months including one on this Lot/ It was by Rev. E.A. Squire 1900 Chautauqua Assembly lease: Mrs. Eliza Skinner, Brocton, NY; Mrs. Aura D. Hatch, Boomertown, NY; and Mrs. Emma M. Lowell, Jamestown, NY 1952 Estate: Aura D. Hatch died, the last of the three leaseholders, and the cottage went to the surviving Hatch granddaughter, Jessie W. Hatch 1964 Estate: Jessie W. Hatch died testate/ Richard M.
