Thomas, Meadville, PA/ 99 years from 1 September 1873/ Consideration: Assignment and surrender of former interests in Lot 181 and in the premises known as the CORRY TRACT/ Chautauqua Assembly hereby covenants that it will not suffer any buildings to be erected on said tract or premises outside the lot lines of Lots 177 to 182, inclusive. 1902 Estate: Sarah P. Thomas died testate in Meadville and willed her cottage to her husband William, subject to life use by her sister-in-law Celestia S.
