Completed Athenaeum. c.1885 B&W Print Photo, 5 x 7½" showing the lakeside face of the Athenauem. There are freshly-planted trees in the yeard. A dirt trail wraps around the building. There are no benches present, however a man in victorian dress is sitting on a large stump along Lake Drive. Notation on back: Early Picture of Athenaeum/ Built/ Tower Removed, 1923 |
