Notes on the back incorrectly label one individual as Theodore Miller. Notation on back: Chautauqua Crew. 1914. "Theodore Miller, son of Lewis Miller on the rowing crew at Yale. He introduced the sport at Chautauqua. He had several crews rowing in the old six-oared barges which had been bought from the Yale navy. He coached crews of young men and young women"- Theodore Westmood Miller, Rough Rider, by George Vincent. N2 Mt. Theodore is the tall young man in the group. |
